- What's in the garden now: lawn, an old patio, an old deck?
- Roughly how big you'd like the deck, and where.
- Whether you're leaning towards composite or hardwood.
- Anything that might affect access, such as no side gate.

We'll reply to arrange a visit. We'll measure, check door heights and the patio if there is one, and talk through ideas. Afterwards you'll get a written, itemised quote. It costs nothing and you're under no obligation.
