Information we collect

The only personal details this site collects are the ones you type into the enquiry form, such as your name, contact details, postcode and a description of the job. They are used to reply to you, book a time to look at the garden and write up a quote. You cannot create an account here.

Why we use it and for how long

Our lawful bases are that you have asked us to act before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. We delete enquiry details no later than 24 months after your last contact.

Sharing your enquiry

To deal with your enquiry, your details are shared with the tradesperson who carries out the work.

About the enquiry form

Our enquiry form comes from HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), based in the United States, and is loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel stores and processes enquiries for us as our data processor, so your details may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms. Loading the form passes it some technical details, for example your IP address and the browser you use. To work, it sets a security cookie (__cf_bm) and a little local storage, which also notes the page you enquired from, and it runs Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check. Your browser settings let you remove this data at any time.

Hosting and cookies

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles basic technical data such as IP addresses to serve pages and keep the site secure. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You have the right to a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Please write to 360 Media Works Ltd at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
